Nice place to stay. Front desk staff are super helpful. Sarah in housekeeping is the best. Keep in mind if you're traveling with a dog most of the housekeepers are absolutely terrified of them.
Service was prompt and friendly, unfortunately our room smelled like someone had just cooked fish in it. Toiletries had not been refreshed during room preparation. We opened windows and were able to find supplies needed to restock the toiletries.
My son was staying here so we came several times. His room was large and had a kitchen. Stove top. Microwave, fridge with freezer and a dishwasher. We spent a lot of time in the pool. they had a lift to allow my wheelchair bound wife to get in the pool!
Kelly at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. With a snow storm the parking lot was cleaned. Nice to have hannaford across the street.
Rooms are clean and quiet. Nice breakfast (included) and good coffee. 15 minute drive from the Portland waterfront
It is located in what appeas to be a business development area rightoff themain road, would never expect it to be at this location. Walked in checked in and off to our room. Upon entering the room there waz a really bad odor, so bad that i went to the desk and asked for another room. They gladly changed our room withno hassle at all and it smelled clean. The hotel is older and would appear that it is a longer stay type of placefor longer term resixents or people of lower income placement. The breakfast area was nice and cozy with a fireplace and theyhad gluten free options, a plus. Only giving it a 4 star due to the bad smelling room and the olxer needing updated rooms & small bathing area, weird set up for sure.
Close to Portland without being in downtown with all the traffic, people and noises. Very close to Costco, Walmart, gas stations, etc. 10-15 min drive to downtown which we liked. The rooms were a bit dated and bathtub had chips which grossed my kids out even though I told them it was fine. Staff was friendly. The place is just a bit dated. Seems expensive for a dated place but it was safe and we all had enough room. Would stay here again.
I checked on a Sunday around 4pm. The gentleman who checked me in was quick and polite.. did everything with a smile. Thanks for making my check-in simple and easy, sir! Rooms are what it is for a residence inn. The walls are very thin, you can definitely hear the guests above you, we heard footsteps. Lots of free parking and also pets are welcomed here, good news for pet lovers Guests do not pick-up after their dogs so be careful when you walk on the grass.
